We are seeking a Senior HR Manager with a strong background in factory operations to join our newly established fabric mill. Reporting directly to the Factory Business Head, you will act as the head of HR and play a crucial role in building and shaping the HR function from the ground up, specifically tailored to the unique needs of our fabric manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, ensuring the recruitment of a talented workforce, fostering a positive work environment, implementing effective HR policies and practices, and driving employee engagement and development.
