The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years advertising agency and related FMCG industry experience with a proven track record of building meaningful and successful customer relations. This done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face. A strong commercial sense with proven project management experience is a must.

Responsibilities
• Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
• Make visits to customers to identify opportunities for growth
• Take and / or compile studio briefs to deliver strategic creative solutions for Customer Campaigns
• Lead and coordinate projects and manage cross-functional team outputs
• Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
• Maintain and grow billings with existing customers
• Generate leads and establish new business billings
