Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the new position of Maintenance Trainer to be based mainly at the McCain Delmas Plant, Mpumalanga but also supporting the Springs Plant. The successful candidate will report to the Engineering Manager, Delmas.

Purpose Of The Job

To train, observe and evaluate maintenance personnel on new and existing procedures.

Key Performance Areas
• Achieve a Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) target of 0%.
• Train all maintenance personnel on available procedures at both plants (Springs and Delmas).
• Ensure the availability of the equipment is above 97.5%
• Maintain Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) above 31 hours.
• Ensure a Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) is below 10 hours.
