GT Mid Atlantic, a leading construction equipment dealership in PA, NJ, MD, and DE, has an immediate opening for a Receptionist at our Essex location. A successful receptionist should have a pleasant personality as he/she will be the first point of contact for our customers. The duties include offering administrative support across the organization. Multi-tasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role is being offered as a full-time position and would be ideal for someone able to work from 8:00 am - 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Take & distribute messages
• Scanning
• Data Entry
• Experience using Concur software a plus
• Strong background in administrative processes and procedures
• Organize & schedule appointments and meetings when needed
