Responsibilities:•Providing sales support, prepare sales quotation and process sales order•Receiving and processing purchase orders.•Issuing internal job sheet and assign to the relevant department. •Issuing sales transaction invoices.•Verifying orders, including customers' information and payment details.•Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.•Issuing billing document and deliver it to customer for payment planning.•Following up with payment and collection.•Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.•Coordinating imports with third party logistics. •Compiling weekly and monthly sales and inventory reports.•Expediting orders through internal liaison.•Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.•Liaise with vendor•Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
