Our client, a market leader in the dairy industry, is looking for an experienced administrator to join their factory in Pahiatua in a part time capacity.

Reporting to the Site Operations Manager key responsibilities will include:
• Scheduling the managers diary
• Coordinating meetings and events
• Supporting the manager with expense claims
• Producing specialist reports, papers, presentations and policy and procedure documentation
• Managing document preparation and recording
• Managing the cleaning contractors
• Providing support with site projects
