This position will receive incoming material and properly enter material into the inventory system. The position also requires maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing products and supplies. Discrepancies with inventory reports will be identified using digital and manual counting.

Key Responsibilities
• Receives materials and ensures proper data is entered into the inventory tracking system correctly.
• Verifies items received by inspecting the condition of items, compares count/measure of items to purchase orders and packing lists; and documents and reports discrepancies and/or damages.
• Coordinates with Purchasing to manage damages and DMR warehouse, completing all necessary paperwork.
• Communicates with Cost Accounting, Scheduling, and other necessary support employees as needed.
• Adjusts inventory via negative balance sheets to ensure that inventory balance variances coordinate with cycle counting results and reconciliation.
