FRS is currently looking for Clerical Officers Grade III and IV to join a busy HSE departments in Tullamore, Co. Offaly

The Role
• Provide clerical support to the existing teams
• Typing of clinical correspondence, photocopying, office filing and folder management
• Ensure patient records are maintained in a timely, accurate and comprehensive manner and that they are available promptly as required
• Ensure all records are tracked, inputted, maintained and updated at all times
• Must maintain confidentiality at all times
• Collect post and distribute to relevant departments
• Answering telephones and deal with queries that may arise
• Other ad hoc clerical duties
• 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Work, MS Excel, Outlook.
• Dictaphone typing skills preferred
• Attention to detail and accuracy essential
