About the position: This position is located at the Information Travel & Ticket (ITT) Office.

This is a NAF (Non-Appropriated Fund) position assigned to the 31st Force Support Squadron at Aviano AB, Italy.

Scheduled tour of duty for this position will require evenings, weekends, and holiday work hours.
Duties

Provides information in person or over the telephone in response to inquiries concerning tours.

Corresponds with tourist offices for travel information on cities and countries in Europe.

Receives payment from customers, issues receipt, make necessary changes.

Takes reservations and payments for trips and tours; notifies participants of schedule changes.

Performs general clerical duties such as filing, making copies, and using fax machine.

Makes deposit as necessary.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
