About the job Responsibilities Work closely with other designers and cross-functionally with UX, engineering, and product management on the design and implementation of new game features. Design and lead the implementation of fun, engaging in-game events and other game content. Create clear and complete game design documentation for game content and features. Assess and apply qualitative and quantitative feedback to improve game design and balance. Work closely with product managers, producers, engineers and artists to design and prototype new gameplay and systems. Be the advocate of good design practices across the studio. Identify process improvements where needed and work with the team to drive the implementation of the process improvements.
