Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Make outbound calls or emails to prospective customers using the provided leads or databases
• Introduce our products or services to potential customers and explain their benefits
• Engage in effective communication to build rapport and establish a relationship with prospects
• Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities
• Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns or other channels
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the smooth handover of qualified leads
• Update knowledge of products, services, and sales techniques
• Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and market trends.
