Pertemps are thrilled to be working with a well-known client in the Worksop area to recruit for a Lecturer in Electrical Installations. This candidate will play a vital role in enriching the apprentice and employer journey by providing expert skills coaching and tutoring. As a subject matter expert, you will design and deliver engaging teaching sessions, empowering apprentices to excel in their end-point assessment.

Duties of the Lecturer- Electrical Installations

• Develop engaging and informative teaching sessions that align with health standards, fostering the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and desired behaviours among learners.

• Provide personalised coaching and skill enhancement, offering constructive feedback to ensure apprentices successfully complete their End Point Assessment (EPA) in a timely manner.
