Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled and reliable lead solar PV installers to join our team. As a lead solar PV installer, you will be responsible for leading various tasks on our installation sites or similar work environments. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to perform manual labour and operate a variety of tools and equipment. You will have already have an appropriate period of experience as a solar PV installer, at least 5 years, and probably already a team leader. You will have extensive knowledge of the main mounting systems and roof types, particularly commercial. You will be confident at leading from the front by example, and getting the best performance from your team.

Duties:
- Lead and direct general installation duties such as setting out and fixing mounting systems, fixing panels, stringing, crimping MC4s and running DC cable
