• Diploma Engineering or any Graduate * Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role, preferably in the relevant industry. * Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. * Familiarity with equipment and systems related to the industry ( cctv, access control , fire alarm system, IT infrastructure, etc.). * Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think analytically. * Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Willingness to travel to customer sites as required. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if applicable). * Certifications or training related to the industry or specific products (if applicable) is a plus.
