Divide the targets to every technician after finalizing the targets with the GM and ensure that the service team is aware of that.
- Coordinate with the service in charge and prepare a plan for achieving the service targets, if needed coordinate with the marketing activity of showroom to promote the sales & service
- Ensure that the activity planning is happening on the basis of HERO guidelines and the capacity of the service units.
- Ensure that the service units are running with enough manpower and other resources. Coordinate with the HR department and ensure that the resource gap is filled on time.
- Ensure that the employees in the service units are satisfied in working with Mark and groom the employees with the help of HR dept. & Operations Head.
- Coordinate with HERO in the case of reporting, meeting, Infrastructure etc and ensure that the service units are following the standards of HERO and Mark.
