To manage the implementation and ensure adherence to all HR administration processes:
• Personal files are updated with all relevant documents and other required information.
• Data capture is accurate and updated with reference to PEL and payroll inputs.
• The interface between HR and payroll is seamless and all employee information is properly processed.
• Time and attendance is closely monitored and accurately recorded.
• Employee statistics relevant to the completion of SLP, WSP and Employment Equity reporting is available and accurate.
• Remuneration, monthly and weekly pay scales are authorized.
• Changes to the Contract of Employment of individual employees are justified and authorized in terms of the appropriate company policy.
• Staff movements such as transfers / promotions are authorized with reference to the company's career/succession plan.
• HR reporting relevant to all required management indicators is comprehensive, accurate and timeous.
