Our client in the hospitality industry is recruiting for a "Legal Advisor" to join their organisation. Salary: R700 000 - R800 000 CTC depending on experience. Strictly Equity Candidates. Position is based in Sandton.
• To proactively and efficiently facilitate the business of the Group by efficiently reviewing, drafting and negotiating business contracts and providing legal advice to the Group, to ensure that the legal agreements, matters and advice in relation to the Company's dealings with external business partners are legal and comply with The Group policies and procedures in a manner which fully protects the businesses legal and commercial interests.
• Identify, manage, mitigate, and provide recommendations against all associated legal risks and escalates same to the Senior Legal Advisor for assessment.
