One of our important clients is currently looking for a Senior Operational Officer for the IT Operations Team. This is a 12-month contract and rate is negotiable.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist the head of operations in leading and driving the operational transformation initiatives, aiming for high operational excellence.
• Implement SIAM principles and utilize ITIL 4 to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
• Develop and establish a future-oriented operating model and efficient governance structures.
• Interact with outsourcing partners and coordinate with offshore teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new vendors, overseeing the management of multiple contracts essential to the digital roadmap and contractual obligations
