An International Mining company is looking for an experienced Exploration Manager for its project in Uzbekistan.

The Mineral Exploration Manager will drive the planning, implementation and overall management of various field activities and will also be responsible for organizing contractors, mentoring junior staff and ensuring that there are effective controls across the exploration activities. Additionally, the incumbent will provide technical direction to a team of staff and must have the ability to identify all on-site exploration requirements and effectively manage a challenging drilling programs as well as overseeing the development of the exploration camps, including a variety of supply and logistic requirements.

The Exploration Manager’s tasks will include, but are not necessarily limited to:
