Job SummaryElementary Teachers Report to Head of Elementary and Are Responsible for:
• Teaching and supervising a group of school children (Grades 1-4, ages 6-10)
• Ensuring the quality of education, safety, and care of the children
• Managing a clean and sanitized classroom environment in concurrence with the Maple Bear curriculum standards
• Assessing the learners progress and communicating it to the Head of Elementary and the parents
• Ensuring quality communication and engagement with parents
• Maintaining a friendly and supportive work and learning environment
• Running and participating in extracurricular activities
• Performing various duties as assigned by the Head of Elementary
QualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Candidates must have a universitylevel teaching degree (B.Ed., etc.) with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE / PGDE or equivalents
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the elementary school level
