Role Description
The insurance Sales Agent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to communication, customer service, sales, insurance, and training. This is an on-site role, and the Sales Agent will be based in Kampala.

Qualifications
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of insurance policies and regulations is an advantage but not preferred
• Experience in training and development
• Ability to build and maintain client relationship
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Degree or Dioma in Business Administration or related field
