The Intern Learning and Research will be reporting to the Advisor Program Learning and Research. Assist in Research and Learning implementation including coordination of IRB applications and studies field implementation activities.

After completion of the internship, the Intern will be knowledgeable on Research Guidelines, IRB application processes and logistics for implementation research in Tanzania. S/he will also be equipped with IRB application systems, Research conduct, research reporting and filling systems of research documents as per Regulatory Binders systems. This Internship Program will be based in Mwanza Region.

Responsibilities
• Review and prepare IRB application packages for NIMR and JHU IRB.
• Establish studies regulatory binders and update with study documents
• Assist with development and translation of study documents.
