REQUIREMENT : - Hand-on experience with handle 20 outlet and above - At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position - Able to start immediately will be advantage - Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Terengganu MAIN DUTIES - To effectively recruit, induct, lead, manage, train and develop Enforcement staff, BranchLeaders, Assistant Branch Leaders, Retail Crew to agreed procedures and standards - To ensure effective management of all retail staff to ensure adequate staffing levels throughout the business and development needs of the staff are met. - To provide staff training (internal, external, on the job, etc) and other mandatory training as required for professional development. - To give support to staff so they have the opportunity to develop their skills in the role and to achieve growth in sales. - To ensure all performance issues and other than issues in the retail outlets, are addressed in an appropriate and timely manners ...
