To fulfill Pattison Agricultures’ vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for an Intelligence Solutions Product Support .

The successful candidate can work from any of our Pattison Agriculture locations and will be responsible for supporting weather station installs, water management and in field support such as demos and start-ups.

Responsibilities

This individual’s responsibilities include :

Maintaining current knowledge of the latest John Deere equipment and technology, including short line and CCE

Support I.S. Team with equipment setup, demos, infield start-ups and optimizations

Monitor incoming calls from ExpertConnect to support the I.S. Team.

Support all AMS installs including installation of weather stations

Support and maintain customer data management products

Be engaged in building / maintaining a constructive work environment within the team and organization

Requirements
