Job Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain new business development R&D process to ensure the project execution efficiency.
• Ensure that the execution of OEM development is in-line with the approval process by the organization.
• Lead the competitor intelligence within NBD R&D function to maintain competitiveness.
• Initiate and manage the resource and budget within NBD scope to maximize the outcome.
• Lead the product development of new business opportunity by leveraging consumer trends, market competitiveness, consumer, and product insight, supporting these with science and technology to identify gap & opportunities to create new opportunities for innovation/renovation.
• Partner seamlessly with CMI to create integrated consumer research plan to translate consumer, market and product insights into product and packaging design attributes, other technical requirements/product guidance to fix consumer pains and gains/ build superior product experiences.
