Job Profile

The R&D Process Development Manager is a key partner for delivery of our innovation pipeline across multiple technology platforms within Plant based , alternative RM and alternative protein platform.

This position is work closely with open innovation and Technology Startup Company to scouting and develop the disruptive processing technology, achieving innovative products, alternative raw materials and competitive advantages for CPF in both local and global market.

In addition, this position is expected to lead and execute process development and ensure flawless implementation into the manufacturing environment both internally and externally, while providing expertise across multiple technology disciplines.
