Medical Aid solutions client, seeks a candidate who will take responsibility for the administration of PMB and CDL treatment plan authorisations. The role is performed in a contact centre environment.
Role requirements and responsibilities:
• Active SAPC or SANC membership
• Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant or Enrolled Nurse
• Matric
• A minimum of 4 years experience in PMB administration
• Management of PMB referrals and supervise escalation box
• Ensure all PMB application prepared and/or loaded correctly
• Support management team in tasks and initiatives beneficial to the sectors and the Scheme.
