We're looking for someone to help manage our social media presence! You'd be chatting with customers online, working with our marketing team on strategies, and representing us in social media meetings.

To do well in this role, you should know your way around social media and be good at setting and reaching goals.

Here's what you'd be doing:
• Answering customer questions and comments on our social media pages.
• Helping customers find products they're interested in.
• Talking with other teams like sales and marketing to make sure we're meeting customer needs.
• Making sure our social media posts are accurate and appropriate.
• Working with the marketing team to plan our social media content.
• Knowing a lot about our products so you can help customers.
• Going to meetings about social media when needed.
