The Nurse Supervisor Reports to the Program Coordinator

Responsibilities
• Coordinate services of assigned schools, managing, supervising, and evaluating all nursing staff; conduct performance appraisals and provide input for staffing decisions, including hiring, retention, and discipline; provide orientation for new nurses to the program; ensure adequate staff training; and weekly in-service training.
• Provides orientation and professional development for all licensed vocational nurses and other classified health employees within the assigned region.
