FHI 360 is seeking applications for a Director for Monitoring and Evaluation for an anticipated five-year HIV prevention, care and treatment program in the Democratic Republic of (DRC). The project is focused on scaling up HIV/AIDS services including testing, pre-exposure prophylaxis, enrollment in care and support for HIV-positive patients, and antiretroviral treatment of HIV-positive patients. The project will be implemented in five urban health zones in Haut-Katanga province.

The Director of M&E will lead the design and implementation of the project’s monitoring and evaluation activities, including the development of monitoring and evaluation strategic documents such as the activity monitoring, evaluation and learning plan, data quality assurance strategies, data use plans, results, and logic frameworks.
