Are you looking to excel in a challenging region which provides a lot of experience? Well, look no further. While the Regional HR Manager East and Central Africa is to be based in one of our customer centres, mainly Tanzania, Zambia, DRC or Kenya, the role will work close with the Regional General Manager and be a member of the leadership team in the region. In addition, you will work closely with the Vice president Human Resources ensuring an alignment between global and regional initiatives. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in creating and managing a regional HR strategy, ensuring its successful execution and adjusting accordingly to create competitive advantage.
