Greet Customers and answer customer inquiries.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Assisting customers in locating desired shop items.
- Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases.
- To ensure the cleanliness of the shops before and after operation.
- To ensure the stock is arranged as per standard guidelines and replenish the stock when required.
- To handle for cashier and ensure the amount of the transaction is accurate to avoid any discrepancy.
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by company from time to time.
- Applicant must be willing to work at Taman Sutera & Permas Jaya, Johor Bahru.
