Service Team Leader plays an important and influential role in the organization and is the primary liaison with management and employees in the UGCIS region, responsible for the quality of service desk services in keeping with the highest Apple standards.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage service coverage in 7 countries for the Apple brand.
• Management of the company's service center.
• Management of service center personnel.
• Hiring, onboarding, training, new employees.
• Identification of target customers, development and implementation of IT service sales.
• Service support for the company's partners and retailers.
• Oversee RMA parts requisitioning and inventory management through vendors/suppliers.
• Budget and spare parts inventory management.
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience managing service centers for at least 5+ years;
