Expand your competencies within Technical Procurement

As our new student assistant, you will join the Technical Procurement Department. We are looking for a student assistant who wants to expand current competencies and develop new ones within procurement and business.

As our student assistant, you will primarily assist us in all administrative tasks concerning procurement and ad hoc tasks.

Your task will include but is not limited to:
• Prepare spending summaries for the various categories
• Assist in preparing our Gate meetings
• Create and maintain the Gate plans
• Support Category Managers with performing basic data analyses, templates & processes
• Participate in general procurement work if needed
• Handle purchasing Ad hoc tasks
