Accounts Payable Specialist

What you will be doing:

Responsibilities:
• Managing the accounts payable inbox and sending invoices for approval.
• Performing reconciliations at the end of each month.
• Reviewing all invoices to ensure accuracy, proper authorization, and inputting all the approved invoices for payment.
• Previous experience with general ledgers and proper allocation of accounts.
• Examining and handling employee expense reports and corporate credit card charges.
• Addressing both internal and external inquiries.
• Vendor statement reconciliation and settling outstanding balances on vendor accounts.
• Proposing enhancements to processes to increase efficiency and minimize errors.
• Providing support for ad-hoc accounting requests as needed.
