Vaughan, ONOur client is offering an exceptional opportunity for a Payroll & Benefits Manager to join their team in Vaughan. This role is 100% in-office and comes with a competitive compensation package ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, plus a 15% bonus, three weeks of vacation, comprehensive benefits, RSP matching, and onsite parking.
As an integral part of our client’s HR team, the Payroll & Benefits Manager plays a crucial role in implementing, administering, and continuously improving payroll and compensation processes, group benefits, and group RRSP. This role also supports talent-related processes involving the HRIS and other employee services.

The Payroll & Benefits Manager will be responsible for accurately inputting and processing bi-weekly payroll in compliance with provincial and federal legislative requirements.
