JOB SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a Director (Markets) to develop and pursue marketing and business opportunities for Barbados. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead the marketing efforts of the organization and contribute to its overall strategic plan and objectives.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Formulate the annual marketing strategy and plan for related markets, supported by comprehensive budgets and quantitative targets.

▪ Execute innovative strategies to maintain existing markets and penetrate new markets within assigned jurisdictions.

▪ Identify marketing opportunities and new project developments in the related market.

▪ Seek to maximise partnership opportunities with suitable industry partners.
