Position: HRBP Coordinator
Contract: 6 Months Contract (Renewable)
Salary Range: Up to THB 40,000 (based upon experience)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday / 8 Hours/ Day

Responsibilities:
• Track, record, follow up employee’s performance
• Support promotion campaign for employees, prepare supporting documents
• Support process of developing of employees
• Keep update employee files and training files
• Preparation of training materials e.g. documents, venue and etc.
• Coordinate with internal and external trainers for training appointments
• Prepare purchase documents of HR function
• Handle employee relation
• Support other employee activities e.g. new year, announcements, etc.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in related fields
• Has at least 2 years experiences in HRBP, HRD
• Understanding of training process, promotion, evaluation, performance development
