Adecco is currently looking for a Recruiter with customer service focus for their Branch in Targu Mures.

As a Recruiter you will play an active role in supporting the business growth and our overall team performance having the following responsibilities:

Business development

• Be an active promotor of Adecco and it's services in the market;

• Proactively prospecting the market in search for new business;

• Be an exceptional farmer in relationship with clients and have an extraordinary delivery discipline;

Recruitment:

• Provide exceptional level of service to clients in managing recruitment projects;

• Communicate effectively and negotiate with clients the cost of projects, milestones, process, updates and completion

• According to each project specific needs, develop the most suitable recruitment strategy (direct contact, direct approach, social media, events and other media channels);
