Role and responsibilities

The purpose of the UDOC Program Coordinator is to effectively implement the Urban Displacement & Out of Camp (UDOC) programme in northern Ukraine, including Chernihiv, Kyiv, and Sumy oblasts. The UDOC programme will be in a pilot phase during 2024 in northern Ukraine, and the position-holder will support in needs assessments, stakeholder engagement and relationship building, and roll-out of UDOC activities. UDOC activities are aimed at:
Communication and information sharing with displaced populations and host communities Engagement with and participation of conflict-affected communities alongside local authorities Support for the coordination of services, including local government, civil society, NGOs, and the private sector.
