KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• ⁠Successfully achieve individual financial and non-financial targets consistently on a monthly basis.

• ⁠Initiate and execute BD activity to generate sufficient opportunities to achieve targets

• Build strong consultative relationship with major GLC accounts and regulatory bodies to ensure retention and growth

• Successfully acquire, plan and execute projects together with internal customers

• Represent the organization with the utmost integrity and professionalism – ensuring team delivers speed of response, quality delivery and recruitment expertise

• Plan, strategize and execute activities based on industry trends

• To set and maintain high standards of professionalism in all aspects, including personal presentation and manner, standards of branch tidiness and appearance, telephone manner and communication.
