• Identify and analyze the training needs of employers and industries that improve the company productivity.
• Prepare proposal/ concept paper of the industries outreach activities which include objective of the event, venue, date, tentative agenda, target employers/ industries and estimated budget.
• Engage with the key clients, customers, and stakeholders from the industries to establish strategic collaboration.
• Execute and coordinate programme for industries in providing knowledge and understanding to drive the training culture.
• Provide advisory to registered employers/ focus industries related to retraining and skills upgrading of the workforce.
