Our client is an international association specialized in the public transports sector. Description de la fonction MAIN DUTIES
• Administrative support for 3rd party funded project proposals and bids (collecting CV, company information, statutes, and other material needed and available in the association)?
• Provide organisational & logistic support to managers from the unit
• Liaison with Project Events manager and EU project Administrative and Financial Officer
• Support of timesheet process for funded projects
• Liaison with other Unit officers regarding the logistics of funded project activities
• Plan and organise logistics for Project Delivery & Data unit activities (internal and external meetings projects meetings, conference calls, workshops, events, etc...)
• Support the communication with project partners
• Follow-up and update the database, related Unit pages & sections of online platforms (Efficy, MyLibrary, MyNetwork...)
