The opportunity

Your responsibilities will include:

- Understanding all ARCC and UKDT processes and procedure guide’s for the programme.
- Ensuring that all relevant EDMS project protocols are issued to the project team, design teams, and sub-contractors and adhered to.
- Managing all information coming onto the system daily and process in accordance with the EDMS project protocols.
- Creating, managing, and updating the EDMS document issue groups as per the agreed distribution matrices.
- Maintaining the project work package list and ensuring documents are being assigned to work packages and as per the Mace guidelines.
- Running weekly reports on overdue actions and exceptions for the design team, subcontractors, and project managers.
- Conducting weekly audits of the EDMS system to ensure all information has been captured, checked, and distributed correctly.
