SALES ADMINISTRATOR

A vacancy exists for a suitably qualified and experienced Sales Administrator in the Commercial Sales Department at RFG Foods Groot Drakenstein. Reporting to the National Commercial Manager, the successful candidate will be required to perform all administrative duties for the sales department.

Job Responsibilities
• Accurate and timely checking and capturing of sales orders on the Syspro and Cognos systems.
• Checking, capturing, and filing of deal sheets.
• Monitoring deals in the system for end dates.
• Liaising with sales team and customers on status of orders.
• Maintaining reports on Microsoft one drive/Share point for the commercial team.
• Collating feedback from sales team and converting it into reports.
• Sending off sales reports and updating the sales team on sales figure.
• Capturing and monitoring of customer investment.

Job Requirements
• Grade 12. A Diploma in Sales / Marketing will be an added advantage.
