Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Settlements Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing all aspects of securities settlements, including trade confirmations, trade allocations, and trade discrepancies.

Key Performance Areas will include but not limited to:
• Confirm and allocate trades with counterparties and internal departments.
• Ensure all trades are settled on time and in accordance with established guidelines.
• Resolve trade discrepancies and communicate with internal and external parties to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all settlements.
• Monitor and analyze settlement activity to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.
• Any other duties as the business requires.
