Introduction

Requirements:
• Relevant Nursing Qualification
• Registered Nurse
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role in private healthcare
• Bachelor’s Degree with Anatomy and Physiology qualifications experience

Knowledge Required:
• Hospital Operations
• Coding standards and protocols
• Revenue cycle management
• Working knowledge of OT and ICU
• Knowledge of private health care operations

Technical Skills:
• Computer literacy
• IDC and CPT coding
• Conflict management

The main purpose of this position:

To plan, organise and execute the revenue cycle management at a hospital facility

The incumbent manages a team of specialists that contribute to hospital finances through accurate billing and risk mitigation processes
