1) Job will be located at Tanjung Bidara Beach Resort, Tanjung Bidara, Melaka.

2) Responsible for helping customer/client with inquiry, providing information and assisting with customer complaint and problem.
3) Assist Resort manager to maintain resort operation and ensure all policies and procedure are followed.
4) Manage customer/client reservation.
5) Helping with resort daily routine, housekeeping and front office operation.
6) Build up connection with client/ possible client.
