RESPONSIBILITY:

- 1. Document Entry
- Update line leader job sheet
- Update operator over time
- Update production daily operating record
- Inform Manager of any abnormal data
- Prepare summary daily, weekly, monthly and yearly report
- Update maintenance record. E.g. machine breakdown period, record of servicing
- Update/control incoming materials and outgoing finished goods.
- Handle any matters related to operators welfare (uniform, shoe, medical, leave etc.)
- Verify daily attendance/ leave record/ overtime hours.

2. Production purchase request
- Issue purchase requisition to purchaser on production necessity

3. Document filling
- Arrange document filling
- Upkeep document file
- Update document file status

4. To undertake any task assigned or directed by superior from time to time.

REQUIREMENT
- Minimum SPM is required
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience as production clerk
- familiar with MS Office - Words/Excel/Powerpoint
- Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
