Job Brief

Assist in manage the documentation in Product QA department.

Job Responsibilities
• To assist in issuing daily Product Shipment Judgement Notification.
• Prepare daily/ weekly and monthly reports and documents.
• Issuance and documentation of 100% Inspection Sheet for Main Body Production use.
• Carry out and implement the IMS.
• Assist in monitoring operators' attendance and overtime in ESS.
• Assist GL for standardization and improvement of department work flow.
• Ensure work area clean and tidy and adhere to company's 5S policy.
• Carry out monitoring and other necessary activities for proper implementation for QMS and ISMS internally.
• Control for department fixed asset.
• Issue related documents to HR for operators' overtime and transportation arrangement.
• Control for usage and distribution of submaterial stock and general items.
• Conduct training to new comers and keep training records properly.
